The cotton candy man in front of the 18th century Santiago Apóstol church, which is located in Villa de Santiago, Mexico.  

Villa de Santiago is only 15 minutes SE of Monterrey, Mexico.  In 2006, it was highlighted by the Secretary of Tourism as part of the "Pueblos Mágicos", a special collection of villages around the country that offer visitors a "magical" experience by reason of their natural beauty, cultural riches, or historical relevance.
