"The Alpha Pigeon"

Just outside of Beijing's Red Theater is home to a small flock of pigeons. The alpha pigeon seen with the reddish pink neck took the top perch...always.
"Backstory: Ming Dynasty Tombs"

There were a lot of photographers at Ming Dynasty Tombs, which also meant lots of folks asking me questions on what kind of gear I was carrying and people start hovering. When language was a barrier, we resorted to show and tell and hand signals, and of course, they took pictures.
